Interviews for UK universities are designed to test your knowledge and ability to explain your thoughts. Familiarise yourself with the style of interview, what are they really looking for and learn some handy tips on how to impress the interviewer. This workshop is suitable for students seeking to attend a UK university, including top universities like Oxford and Cambridge.
The workshop will include general interview soft skills, techniques and Q&A sessions.

Colour Away Covid is an initiative founded by a team of secondary school and college students living in Malaysia and Hong Kong. They are currently running a campaign called Dear Malaysia, which aims to raise RM150,000 to provide support for underprivileged students in Malaysia. This includes sponsoring internet services for these students and supplement funds for educational and additional support for them and their families.

University of Oxford
Tamara obtained her MEng degree in Materials Science from Oxford University. She was awarded an academic scholarship and several college prizes throughout her time at Trinity College, Oxford. Tamara then spent her 4th year at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the US doing research on “Biodegradable Bone Screws”.Following this, she joined Shell and worked for 9 years in various roles starting out as a Materials Engineer in The Netherlands. After various commercial roles in Shell, she started PrepWorks in 2015 to provide guidance to students aiming for top universities, colleges and boarding schools. Since then, PrepWorks has gotten 2 out of 3 students into Oxford and Cambridge University in 2019, a few students into places like Harvard, Princeton and Yale every year, 90% into their top choice boarding schools in the UK such as Eton, Harrow and Sevenoaks, enhanced the futures of 150+ students ages 5 – 17 years old annually and are the official education partners of HSBC Premier customers in Malaysia. Tamara also obtained a certification from Harvard Graduate School of Education in Online Teaching and Learning Strategies and counsels 50+ students a year herself with the majority making it to their top choice school or university. In October 2021, Tamara also won the award for Outstanding Leadership in Education from the Education 2.0 conference to be held in Dubai in 2022.
